Jonathan Schulhof
Chairman
Jonathan Schulhof is President and COO of Global Technology Investments, and a founder of GloriOil. Since joining GTI in 2002, Mr.
Schulhof has forged commercialization partnerships with TERI, Israel Aircraft Industries, Rockwell Scientific Company and Thales
Group. He has led fund raising efforts for several of GTI's investments, and is a co-founder of ColdWatt, Inc.
Before joining GTI, Mr. Schulhof was a Director of Business Development at Tellme Networks, Inc., an IVR systems startup funded
by Kleiner Perkins and Benchmark Capital. At Tellme Networks, Mr. Schulhof developed company strategy and business plans, and
executed strategic sales. Of note, Mr. Schulhof completed a $50 million sale of services to AT&T and secured Sabre, Inc. as a
reseller of Tellme IVR services to the airline industry including Southwest Airlines.
Prior to joining Tellme Networks, Mr. Schulhof was a corporate associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, a 250 professional law firm
specializing in mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, securities, structured finance, and investment management services.
Mr. Schulhof holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, and is a member of the New York State
Bar.

Michael P. Schulhof
Board Member
Michael P. Schulhof is CEO and General Partner of Global Technology Investments, an asset management company he started in
1996. Mr. Schulhof was previously President and CEO of Sony America and Sony Media and Entertainment from 1993 to 1995.
Mr. Schulhof joined Sony in 1968 and rose to senior management in 1979. In 1989, he was named to Sony's Board of Directors,
becoming the first American on the Board of a major Japanese corporation. He is credited with transforming Sony's US operations
into a global entertainment company. During his 25 years at Sony, Mr. Schulhof had responsibility for: (i) Sony Electronics; (ii)
Sony Software Corporation including Columbia/Tristar Pictures, Inc., CBS Records, as well as the electronic publishing, and
signatures divisions; and (iii) Sony Retail Entertainment including theatres and location-based entertainment centers across the
United States.
Mr. Schulhof serves on the boards of several companies and charitable organizations including ColdWatt, J2Com, the Brookings
Institution, the Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, the American Hospital of Paris Foundation, and
New York University Medical Center. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
A native of New York, Mr. Schulhof is a solid-state physicist with 27 published papers and one patent to his credit. He received a
B.A. from Grinnell College, a M.A. from Cornell University, a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, and the Chevalier de la Legion
D'Honneur by the French Republic.

Joe Lacob
Board Member
Joe Lacob has been a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers since 1987. He has been closely involved with KPCB's investments
in over fifty life science companies, including the start-up or incubation of a dozen ventures and with KPCB's medical technology
practice, which includes over thirty therapeutic and diagnostic medical device companies. Joe is also an active investing partner in
KPCB's Internet company initiative; he led the firm's investment in AutoTrader, eHealth and Sportsline. Most recently, Joe has
focused on energy investments as part of KPCB's growing initiative in the fields of greentech and alternative energy. Investments
include Terralliance, in efficient oil and gas exploration, Glori Oil, in microbial enhanced oil recovery, and in incubation in novel
geothermal energy.
Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of two public companies, Align Technology and Orexigen as well as several other
privately-held companies including Ophthonix, NeuroPace, TherOx, Arresto BioSciences and Codon Devices.
Joe is actively involved in industry organizations including the American Heart Association and the AHA Roundtable. He is also very
involved at Stanford University, serving on advisory boards at the Medical Center, Business School and Athletic Department.
Joe received his Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Irvine, his Master's in Public Health from UCLA
and his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

CEO and Member of the Board
Stuart brings over 20 years of upstream service company experience in roles ranging from operations to investing, and
internationally in eight different countries. Prior to Glori, Stuart led M&A at IHS Energy where he was responsible for multiple
acquisitions as the company evolved through IPO to NYSE listing. His broad Energy Industry experience includes roles in Private
Equity with SCF Partners (investing in oilfield service businesses), Consulting with McKinsey & Co. and Qittitut (focused on growth
strategy for oilfield service companies), and Entrepreneurial Business as Chairman and CEO of Network International, a venture
backed B2B marketplace for oilfield equipment that won recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in Houston several
years running. Stuart started his career in the oilfield working for Baker Atlas and spent a decade working in many cultures and
countries with positions ranging from field engineer in the U.K. to Country Manager in Norway.
A native of the U.K, Stuart received both a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering science from Oxford University, and was
awarded his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Stuart is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Matthew Gibbs
Board Member
Matthew A Gibbs is a General Partner of Oxford Bioscience Partners, a $1.1B lifescience venture capital fund. Mr. Gibbs joined Oxford in 1997 and has 14 years of investing experience in the lifescience and technology venture industry. Mr. Gibbs leads the bio-energy team at Oxford with investments in Luca Technologies, microbial generated natural gas from coal and Glori Oil, biotechnology enhanced oil recovery.
Current and Past investments include Zettacore, molecular memory for the electronic industry; Stratagene, life science instruments and reagents acquired by Agilent; Biosource, lifescience reagents acquired by Invitrogen and Zone Labs, intrusion detection security software acquired by Checkpoint.
Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Gibbs was with the Venture Fund of Washington a healthcare venture capital firm. Previously, he was with MedVest, Inc, a venture capital syndicated fund with Johnson & Johnson Development Corp, Oak Investment Partners, and Marquette Venture Partners. Mr. Gibbs received his B.A. from the University of Colorado and completed Executive Programs at Harvard Business School.

Ganesh Kishore
Board Member
Dr. Kishore has extensive expertise and accomplishment in R&D and business and considered one of the leading figures in biotechnology. He joined Monsanto as a Senior Research Biochemist at Monsanto, and was responsible for developing manufacturing process for Aspartame, the active ingredient in Nutrasweet and Equal. He built and led a team that developed the Roundup Ready technology in crops and also plant sciences efforts at Monsanto Company. He was awarded the Queeny Award and named Distinguished Science Fellow. He subsequently held several other positions at Monsanto, including President of the Nutrition and Consumer Products division and Chief Biotechnologist.
In 2002, Dr. Kishore joined DuPont as Chief Technology Officer for the Agriculture and Nutrition Platform. In 2005, he took over as Chief Biotechnology Officer for the company. He joined Burrill & Co. in 2007 and subsequently became the CEO of the Malaysian Life Sciences Capital Fund. Dr. Kishore has founded three life sciences companies and on the board of several businesses, not for profit and civic institutions. Dr. Kishore is an inventor on more than 70 issued patents.
