Stuart brings over 20 years of upstream service company experience in roles ranging from operations to investing, and internationally in eight different countries. Prior to GloriOil, Stuart led M&A at IHS Energy where he was responsible for multiple acquisitions as the company evolved through IPO to NYSE listing. His broad energy industry experience includes roles in Private Equity with SCF Partners (investing in oilfield service businesses), consulting with McKinsey & Co. and Qittitut (focused on growth strategy for oilfield service companies), and entrepreneurial business as Chairman and CEO of Network International, a venture backed B2B marketplace for oilfield equipment that won recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in Houston several years running. Stuart started his career in the oilfield working for Baker Atlas and spent a decade working in many cultures and countries with positions ranging from field engineer in the U.K. to Country Manager in Norway.
A native of the U.K, Stuart received both a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering science from Oxford University, and was awarded his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Stuart is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

John A. (Jack) Babcock
President
Jack brings nearly 30 years of upstream of oil and natural gas operational, drilling, project management, and business development experience to GloriOil.
Jack had P&L responsibility for Amoco's Egyptian Business Unit operations in the Gulf of Suez (GUPCO) and Western Desert, was General Manager of International Drilling Operations at Amoco, and held several senior management positions in Sharjah, Gabon, United Kingdom and Trinidad. He has worked in reservoir and operations engineering, field development, exploitation, exploration, transportation, storage, artificial lift, gas processing, drilling and facilities development.
Jack also has extensive experience in international business development as leader of Amoco Production's new ventures organization, President of Amoco Mexico, VP of Unocal's international M&A organization, and President of Dixie Energy.

Alejandro Maure
Vice President of Engineering
Alejandro brings 30 years of petroleum engineering experience and has been working in MEOR applications since 1992 with Green
Consultores (Consultant), Microbes Inc. (VP) and most recently as founder and President of Bio-Topics Inc. Alejandro has
implemented MEOR in 10 countries and in over 250 wells including several flood projects and has specialized in Reservoir
Simulations based on streamlines methodologies (development of BIO-2D/3D SL simulator, user of 3DSL-FloodOPT (Streamsim
Technologies Inc.).
Alejandro has published sixteen technical papers on microbial enhanced oil recovery and authored a MEOR patent. He has a degree
in Industrial Engineering and post graduate degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Quality Engineering. Maure has been Assistant
professor, Fluid Mechanic Chair at the department of Petroleum Engineering University of Cuyo Mendoza (Argentina) and visiting
professor in Applied Numerical Methods at the University of Venezuela (Universidad Central de Venezuela) Caracus, Maracaibo
Venezuela.

Dr. Bhupendra Soni
Vice President of Technology
Dr. Soni is GloriOil’s Vice President of Technology. Bhupendra brings 20+ years of R&D experience working in processes similar to
Glori's. He has a BS and MS in chemical engineering, an MBA, and a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He has worked
as a researcher and ultimately Senior Industrial Microbiologist at places such as French Institute of Scientific Research, Michigan
Biotechnology Institute, the Gas Technology Institute, and Chr. Hansen.
Bhupendra has developed an innovative technology to harvest over 70 industrial fermentation processes at Chr. Hansen.
Bhupendra's work covers isolation and fermentation processes for hundreds of aerobic and anaerobic organisms in both research
and production environments. He has authored three patents, 25 peer-reviewed research articles and presented over 40 papers in
international conferences in US, Europe and Asia.

Paul Lin
Director of Manufacturing Processes
Paul Lin is GloriOil’s Director of Manufacturing Operations. Paul brings over 15 years of comprehensive engineering management
and operations experience in processes similar to GloriOil's at chemicals and biopharmaceuticals companies. He has a BS in
chemical engineering from RPI, and a dual Masters in Biochemical Engineering from Manhattan College and Computer Science from
Pace University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.
Paul has worked as engineer, process engineer, plant supervisor, engineering manager, and ultimately director of engineering and
operations for large companies such as Shell Chemical, Exxon Chemical, New Brunswick Scientific, NYGene Corp and Regeneron
Pharmaceuticals. He has worked extensively in designing complex bioreactor systems and scaling up fermentation processes,
managing plant engineering and manufacturing activities, establishing production SOPs, and following strict cGMP principles and
guidelines. In his most recent role, Paul as a director of manufacturing and global operations helped grow PurePharm Technologies
from inception to 100 people.

Mark Mayfield
Manager of Microbial Services
Mark has been involved in the upstream oil and gas industry since 1980. Mark’s earlier career includes Vice President for Syntron,
Inc. and Vice President at Horizon Seismic, and Vice President, Sales and Marketing for ATAG Inc. His experience includes
international sales and marketing, new business development, land and marine 3-D seismic systems and data acquisition, sub sea
drilling and production controls, offshore support vessels, project management, high pressure compression system applications,
nitrogen generators and enhanced oil recovery both on land and offshore.

Michael Samuel
Microbial Process Engineering Manager
Mike has over 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in biological applications, and joins GloriOil from Coskata
Inc., where he was involved in the fermentation of synthesis gas to ethanol. Mike began his career at the Gas Technology Institute
using anaerobic digestion to convert varied waste streams to biogas. He has also worked in the area of bioremediation; using
microbes to degrade polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons typically associated with manufactured gas plants, thermal de-
polymerization, waste stream BOD reduction using anaerobic bacteria, and in the area of microbial influenced corrosion (MIC)
mitigation in natural gas pipelines. Mike has also been involved in site litigations involving site reconnaissance, historical data
review, and waste identification to eliminate the client as a responsible party for clean up. Mike holds a B.S. in microbiology from
the University of Iowa.
